[POLICY REVIEW: Confirm ACL’s retention periods and overseas processor safeguards before public launch.]
Who We Are
Anchor Creative Lab, founded by Clordene Lloyd, determines how information submitted through this website is used. We operate as a fully online agency. For privacy requests, email info@anchorcreativelab.ky or use our contact form.
What We Collect And Why
When you request our guide, we collect your first name, email address, optional business category, consent record and any campaign details included in the page URL. With your consent, we use these details to fulfil your guide request and send occasional ACL marketing emails. You can withdraw consent at any time.
When you make an enquiry, we collect your name, email and message to answer it and discuss services you request. This processing supports steps you ask us to take before a potential contract. We may keep records needed for legal obligations or legitimate business interests, where those interests do not override your rights. Please do not submit sensitive personal information in these forms.
The Relaunch Blueprint Waitlist
When you request the free Relaunch Blueprint workbook, we collect your first name, email address, optional stage of business, consent record and any campaign details in the URL. With your consent, Clordene and Anchor Creative Lab use these details to provide the workbook and send founding-cohort and programme updates. The form is labelled relaunch-blueprint to keep these requests separate from agency leads. You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time. Joining the waitlist does not enrol you in a paid programme. The Relaunch Room is hosted on Facebook, whose own privacy terms apply when you visit or join.
Service Providers And Overseas Processing
Newsletter sign-ups are processed by MailerLite when connected. Until then, the original sign-up forms and contact enquiries are processed by Formspree. Website hosting providers and authorised ACL personnel may process technical information needed to operate and protect the site. Booking and Substack links lead to independent services with their own privacy notices. We do not sell your personal information.
Providers may process data outside the Cayman Islands. ACL must confirm appropriate contractual safeguards or another permitted condition for each international transfer before public launch. [Confirm processor locations, safeguards and any connected email platform.]
How Long We Keep Information
We keep information only as long as necessary for the stated purpose, relevant legal requirements and handling disputes. [Insert approved enquiry and subscriber retention periods and review schedule.] If you opt out of marketing, a limited suppression record may be retained to respect your choice.
Your Choices And Rights
Under the Cayman Islands Data Protection Act, you may request access to your personal data and correction of inaccurate information, object to direct marketing, and seek cessation or restriction of processing or erasure where applicable. You may also have rights relating to automated decision-making. We do not use your form submissions for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
To withdraw marketing consent, use the unsubscribe option in an email or contact us. We may need reasonable identity verification to protect your information. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior consent-based processing. We will handle requests within applicable statutory time limits.
Cookies, Storage And Analytics
This version does not enable Google Analytics 4 or Meta Pixel. It uses a local browser preference to remember that the guide invitation has been shown. Clearing your browser storage resets it. Hosting and form providers may process necessary security and operational data. If optional tracking is introduced, we will update this notice and provide any required consent choices before activation.
Security
We use access controls and appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No website can guarantee absolute security. We will handle personal data incidents in accordance with applicable legal duties.
Questions And Complaints
Contact ACL first if you have a concern. You may also complain to the Office of the Ombudsman, Cayman Islands, the data protection supervisory authority.
Changes To This Policy
We will update this page when our practices change. The date above identifies the latest version.
